Today was Larry's side of the family's Christmas get together. It was sort of small. Just Larry's parents, grandmother, 1 aunt & 1 uncle and 1 cousin. And us of course. The time together was good, fun presents given & received, the drive to & from filled with good conversation & naps (we talked on the way there; Samuel & I napped on the way home). Here are some pics I took.

The lovely lizard that Samuel got from his Pappaw Jim (Larry's dad). Isn't that the most hideous thing you've ever seen? Samuel loves it!

Can you see the helicopter hovering in the middle of the picture? Samuel got an Air Hog, a remote controlled helicopter.
Time to head home. I think Samuel was delirious at this point. ha ha! He had a sleepover with a friend last night...and I don't think there was much sleeping that went on.

I was wondering just what one does with such a lovely lizzard. Does it jump or run or otherwise add excitement to your life at unexpected times?
